Epsilon already came and went. It peaked in February. CDC downgraded its status as basically no longer relevant.

If Epsilon was spiking or increasing again, they would have updated it back to “Variant of Concern”

I'm pretty sure almost no law enforcement ever enforced any of the mask mandates, shutdowns etc anywhere around the state.
