These people live in a goddamn funhouse mirror world
Similar in how they all applauded private companies shutting down the abilities of regular Russian citizens to access their money and to purchase things such as food, they are unable to look 3s into the future to realize, “oh shite, they can do that?”.
They are so hyper-focused on a simple concept that they fail to realize what they are supporting.
They are nuts.
I mean, holy frick, that should terrify everyone.

It’s literally no different than Russian or Chinese companies and governments slapping down US propaganda. I guess those regimes aren’t authoritarian either.

Ours are moral and righteous.
Take for example, Russia shutdown opposition news stations, an inherently terrible idea and fully in opposition to the concept of freedom…well, so did Ukraine.

These are the people that applauded Trudeau freezing the bank accounts of people waving Canadian flags and dancing in the street, and people that donated to them, in the name of "saving democracy". And they do it without the least bit of self awareness. In fact, you can't think like these people unless you have a complete lack of self awareness.

Making an off topic statement here. But our three international neighbors are Canada, Mexico and Russia. People often forget how close Russian soil is to the US.

Our government has a lot of problems but
at comparing it to China and Russia.

If you are interested, I highly recommend this video by The Podcast of the Lotus Eaters.
It is titled “The Cashless Hell World”.

Where did I ever applaud Trudeau? Why do you feel the need to make stuff up?

Controlling information has always been a major goal of wartime. The big difference now is that information (and disinformation) is so much easier to come by. No one knows what the frick they're doing because it has never been done before. Never before in history have we had such an informed (or disinformed) world populace. Never. Noone knows how to deal with that during real time. One thing is for certain, though, we will learn. One way or another, we will learn.

I'll give it a listen.
In fact, I heard about the Reuters article of FB allowing threats against Russians and support of nazis from the lotus eaters. They're a pretty good listen.

It isn't. It just is.

We suppress information we don’t like and promote information that helps our cause. We also deal in disinformation(see Russian casualty reports, ghost of Kyiv, Russian warship go frick yourself).
Every media outlet screams war crime everytime something bad happens yet have not once tried to explain to its viewers what the definition of a war crime is. Hint: there is an actual definition of a war crime and it’s not “I don’t like Putin so he’s a war criminal.” Even the Biden administration won’t classify anything we’ve seen as a war crime.
It’s perfectly possible to root for one side and be able to see through the bullshite being spouted by both sides.

I said "people", not RC. People that share your line of thinking generally support authoritarianism as long as it's done in the name of the cause they support. And it's true. You're showing us right now.
