It is a two-fold statement that is ambiguous by design. It could be interpreted as Russia threatening civilian flight and transportation, but Russia will claim that the Ukrainians will, eventually, use the weapons funneled to them to make such attacks.

Not sure where I read it but it sounds like Kyiv has little more than a weeks worth of food and medicine.

Yeah, that was way crazier than this war has been so far. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong there, but the Ukrainians at least haven't given up and are putting up a fight. That one only took a day to fall.
