Protestants are routinely persecuted in Russian held territory and this has been the case since 2014. FACT

You idiot, don't correct me on punctuation when you don't know that in American English, the comma would go inside the quotation marks, as in "dumbass," you complete moron.

Imagine when all of NATO is giving Ukros money to fund their government, weapons, intel, all their artillery stockpiles, APCs, tanks etc, and Ukros are still losing and will have no population left at the end of the war. Derp

Well there's this place called Afghanistan, or maybe Vietnam, rather the whole middle east, and now all of NATO bogged down in ukraine. Pretty consistent.
Lol, the Russians have taken more casualties than the US did in all three of those engagements. For example, at the height of the conflict in Iraq, the US never averaged more than 150 casualties a month.
You are like the PEEJ of this thread dude. You have been consistently wrong.

Here is what the leader of the Russian Orthodox Church said when the war began;
From Al Jazeera noted pro Ukraine source.

quote:
Moscow Patriarch Kirill, head of the world’s largest Orthodox Christian Church whose clout transcends Russia’s borders to believers in former Soviet republics and diasporas, has defended the Kremlin’s “right” to start the war.
Russia has “the right to stand on the side of light, on the side of God’s truth”, he said days after the invasion began in February 2022. The white-bearded 78-year-old known for his eloquence and business acumen promised eternal salvation to Russian servicemen fighting in Ukraine against “corrupting” Western values.
“[The West’s] goal was to take us with bare hands, without any war, to fool us, to make us part of their world, to inoculate us with their values,” Kirill said last April.

Wild stat:
Using a middle ground estimate between what Russia claims its death toll is so far and what Ukraine claims Russia's death toll is so far, somewhere in the 200-250k range, that would be about 15% of the number of casualties the US has taken in every war since its existence including the Revolution.
What makes that even crazier is that the US includes both Union and Confederate deaths in the Civil War as casualties, and just that war makes up about half of our total.
Russia has almost certainly had a few weeks where more of their troops died than the US lost in the entirety of the Iraq War/Debacle.

I told you it was old news and I provided a link and a source. You didn’t do that and it backs up what was being stated here, Russia is not some peace loving Christian nation.
Now go laugh about that.

We weren't talking about Russia at all at the time actually, it was about Ukraine's policies.
You only think in binary fashion - Ukraine = Good, Russia = Bad. According to you if someone says something bad about Ukraine, that must mean they are saying something good about Russia. This is not true in the real world.

You are full of it. You act the diplomat when in reality you are anti Ukraine and a pro Russian chit stirrer.
And FWIW Russia is bad no matter how you slice it, dice it or chop it. And no Ukraine isn’t perfect and they certainly have faults, but they are a nation that has been lied to, attacked and occupied.

One thing everyone forgets, Russia does not give a shite how many of its soldiers die. Sad but true.

On the morning of May 30, two powerful explosions occurred in the Russian city of Vladivostok near the Desantnaya (Landing) Bay. RBC-Ukraine's sources confirmed that these were the result of a successful operation by Ukraine's Defense Intelligence (HUR).
According to reports, at least two explosions took place in the area where the 47th Separate Air Assault Battalion of the 155th Separate Guards Marine Brigade (military unit 30926) is stationed — one near the checkpoint, and the other at the location of the personnel and command of the unit.
"Personnel, military and special equipment were hit," the sources said.
