If Mexico or Canada became openly hostile to US and started to have close military ties with China, we'd be up in that arse in no time that will make Ukraine seem like a vacation. And we'd be justified in doing so.

This must be a Polymarket source as it hasn't hit the MSM yet, but if true it would be huge. Remember, with signatures from 81 Senators, it would be veto-proof.

Just speculation, but maybe Rubio realizes (from his days as a member of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations) that Graham's bill will be passed and Trump can't do anything about it. Therefore he believes that it is best for White House optics to resist fighting it.
