We cannot confirm reports of the use of cluster munitions. We cannot confirm reports of the presence or use of thermobaric weapons. We still assess that the convoy is that everybody's been focused on is stalled, and that we have no reason to doubt Ukrainian claims that they have contributed to it being stalled by attacking it. I have seen reports out there attributed to various U.S. officials about Stinger missiles. I can only say that we continue to provide Ukraine the systems that they need to defend themselves, and that includes best systems and weapons that they can use to deal with threats on the ground, as well as airborne threats, and that is as far as I'm going to go. I will not be confirming the reporting that I've seen out there.

A lot of people here are really into the NWO angles and conspiracies but this is a big problem for average citizens of EU countries. The people getting fricked will be the current lower class Europeans who have to take on an even bigger load of uselessness and is why huge organizations like the EU are never a great thing.

I tried that. Customs took it from me when I tried to bring one home. This was back in the Boris Yeltsin days. Apparently, at the time, you were not allowed to leave Russia with Soviet Army gear. Also, that customs guy was corrupt as frick because he insinuated that I could pay a "duty" of something like twice what I paid for the hat to keep it. I let him have it and went home.
So, it was either the law or corruption, but in Russia, they're pretty much interchangeable.

My personal assessment is that this convoy was originally stalled by Ukrainian defenses and has now decided to wait to link up with the push from the east and better weather so they make the assault on Kyiv with air cover.
