That source is far leftist, no different that Mearsheimer and Sacks.

Russia violates:
UN Charter 45
Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty 70
Helsinki Accords 75
Belovezha Accords 91–92
Budapest Memo 94
Black Sea Fleet Treaty 97
Friendship Treaty 98

But Ukraine won’t negotiate with us. Why?

A negotiated peace based on the new paradigm is possible. Stopping the carnage is possible. That is the real world.
The real world? It’s not like the fairy tale world you just described. It’s more like the world Neville Chamberlain wanted , but not the reality Adolph Hitler gave him. Putin would pull a Hitler as soon as he could. Ukraine knows that so they keep fighting.
It’s unfortunate, but true.

They have been fighting Russia since 2014.
Zekensky was elected president inMay of 2019. He did not start the war; nor did he ratchet things up. Your boy Putin did all that.
Russia with help from people like yourself have tried to make Zekensky the bad guy here when it’s obvious he just happen to be POTUS when Putin decided to go hog wild.
But you need to figure things out for yourself. Earlier you blamed NATO. Then you blamed Biden. Now it’s Zelendky’s fault. Anyone that follows your opinions on this thread can see through your facade.

Zelenskyy was a good guy at the outset of his tenure. A very good guy in fact. He was tremendous at the outset of war when the west offered to assist his evacuation, and he demanded rifles instead. It's fair to say, his leadership saved, or was a very significant factor in saving Ukraine from total capitulation as Russian forces closed on Kyiv. He was fantastic when his pragmatism led to opening negotiations to end the war. He was great right up to April 2022.
But money corrupts, and he was offered a pile of it. The corruption started when Boris Johnson, et al decided the west had an opportunity to "press Putin" using young Ukrainian men as cannon fodder in a west vs Russia proxy war. Zelenskyy went along with the proposal, ended peace talks, and he is now quite a rich man because of it. Meanwhile, thousands of Ukrainian men are disfigured, deformed or dead as a result.
It is what it is.

Zekensky was great for two months, but was corrupted and stopped negotiations. Starting Feb 22nd he was Winston Churchill, but by April 22nd he was Benedict Arnold.

You just make this stuff up yourself, or do you follow a script?

The outset of the big Russian invasion was 2/22/22. NC Tigah says is doing great.

Two months later he’s on the take!!!!

Two months is two months. From war hero to traitor. Thus is your timeline. This is your fairy tale. I didn’t make this crap up, you did. You or your script writer.

There is a long history of conflict between Ukraine and Moscow, but the part in living family history was the Holodomor where Stalin met resistance from Ukraine's farmers against collectivization. He "exiled" a few million of the more successful farm owners. They were never seen again.
Then Stalin took all of the grain including seed grain to sell in European markets for cash with millions of Ukrainians starving to death due to the Moscow induced famine. He followed that up with a program of Russification to replace those he killed.
Real Ukrainians won't forget that nor forgive it or ever trust Moscow.

So Zelensky forced Russia to back put of peace talks? Putin backed out in April, per his own words, because "Ukraine staged Bucha and wants security guarantees". And Russia backed out of peace terms on the on start of the war that would have had Ukraine not join NATO. But sure the West forced Ukraine to not sign anything because Johnson said the West wouldn't negotiate with Russia

Regardless of the supportive environment here, others still see your post for what it is. If you misread something, or make a mistake, just admit it and move on. Happens to everyone.

Zelensky backed off. Russia said fine we're done. No one was """forced""". Zelenskyy was coaxed.
You guys have lost your damn minds and ability for rational thought over this.

Starvation happened, due to Soviet ineptitude, the system just didn’t work, but the Holodomor as a willful act of punishment? The people pushing that are lying to you.
I assume it’s getting pushed for the convenient propagada purposes, and because the Holocaust is a supremely effective propaganda tool, so why not copy, but the Holodomor is not true. There’s no paper trail for it. There are no records in the old Soviet archives that show a purposeful campaign of starvation. It’s actually the opposite, there are records of Stalin cracking down on his subordinates because of the famine and their bungled response to it. And I say that, murder of Trotsky aside, which was a monumentally good thing, as someone who doesn’t like Stalin or the Soviets.
The famine is said to have killed up to five million. In 1921 the Povolzhye famine in the Volga region killed five million. Herbert Hoover led the Western aid effort then.
