Whats your point? You sure are angry in this thread. Bless your heart.

I made my point. This thread is about the war. The kinetic side of the house.

Lets just stay with that.

There is approximately 26-27 billion in appropriated funds left to go, every time a new package (part of that appropriation) is announced its the same low end melt from the same group of people. We have a long way to go, funding through 2023 I'm guessing so lets up the quality of the melts!

Ok, last time I'm doing this.

The 40 bil congress appropriated is a finite number, military aid to Ukraine cant go over that number.*

Think of the 40 bil as an umbrella. We did not, and this is important, hand over 40 bil in military equipment and cash to the Ukrainians. The "packages" of equipment announced fall under the umbrella of the 40 bil. So if its a 100 million dollar "package" that is subtracted from the 40 bil total.

That makes sense right? as the conflict evolves we identify deficiencies the Ukrainians have, like accurate long range rockets, we can tailor the packages to what they need.

*The President has the authority to take certain military equipment out of the current inventory. That authority only extends to surplus items not required for our readiness levels.

Its pretty entertaining how personal these people take this shite. They really get their feelings hurt.

Why yes, which includes more money.

You either didn't understand the concept of purposely left that part out. We're just starting in Ukraine. 40B only buys so much influence.

How much longer do you think they’re going to put up with this shite, especially when winter inevitably hits?

Just because they are not going to put up with it does not mean they are going to become a coward like you and decide to appease Russia for low energy prices. The ppl that I talked to at the bar in the London and Paris airports all want lower energy prices but they do not want to buy gas, oil, or coal from Russia. The ppl in Britain want the government are happy that the British government has postponed closing some of its coal fired power plants this winter, and most wanted the government to go further reopen some of the closed coal and delay the closing the plants until 2030. They also wanted the UK to stop exporting gas to Europe and use it at home. In Paris, they want the government to buy floating LNG plants and improve their LNG imports, or approve the construction of a pipeline expanding Spain's access to the European gas network. Both moves would allow more LNG imports from sub-Saharan Africa to Europe and bypass Libya. Both could also be operating by next spring if the governments get off their arses and approve the projects. They also want Germany to restart the 3 nuclear power plants that it closed at the end of last year. That would allow more of the electricity that France generates from its nuclear power plants to stay in France. Granted, it was a small sample size but none of the ppl that I talked to while traveling in Europe wanted to low energy costs by buying Russian gas. In fact they were angry at their leaders for letting them get so damn dependent on Russia. In France, they were really mad when I mentioned that the USA and Trump had been saying this for the pst 5 years, but even though they got mad they still admitted it was true.

Let’s find these people in say January and see if they still think that. Haven’t even gotten to the food shortages this war is going to cause.

How about December? I am planning on back to Ukraine in December and unless the UIA flight from NYC to Kyiv is back I will have to make several connections in Europe. I will ask again then.

Bless your heart. You people really are buying into the pop media. Oh my.

So it’s propaganda that the Russian offense has almost ground to a halt?

So it’s propaganda that Russian supply lines have been severely interrupted by Ukraine?

So it’s propaganda that Russian arms depots in Crimea and In occupied Ukraine have been blown up?

So it’s propaganda that Russian ships was sunk and a Russian air base were crippled?

Please set us straight oh learned one. Tell us about all the Russian victories in the last six weeks.

You're so right. We have no history of grift and wasteful spending. We didn't just go through this in Afghanistan and Iraq. We grow on altruism alone!

I sure wish my world were as black and white as yours.

Fertilizer for Dutch farmers is not about having enough but about nitrogen runoff into the rivers and sea.

Nutters always have to make up reasons not connected.

They forget to even know a fricking thing about the industry them make things up about. Yara, a Norwegian company is the largest fertilizer manufacturer in the world. Brand new mega fertilizer plants in Morrocco and Nigeria have been open and selling for a year now.
