Or lights from the dozens upon dozens of helicopters that fly around Vegas at any given time. It could even be the one that is shown passing the frickin building in the video! Wouldn't that be weird

On a serious note, I don't think that if you were several hundred feet below his windows you would see the reflection of any lights unless they would would be coming from above his windows.
From all of the pictures that I saw there were not a whole lot of buildings in close proximity that were taller than Mandalay Bay. So any lights being reflected from that angle with seemingly have to be from aircraft or something.
Conspiracies aside, I don't think that there's any way one person did this by himself, and I don't think that will ever be told the truth. We are now at 47 days after the incident and they can't even get the simplest of details correct. Also understand that law enforcement uses misdirection and revealing things to the public when they are trying to pursue someone. Something just doesn't add up all this.

By "from above" or "have to be from an aircraft or something", are you referring to the multiple aircraft shown in the video to be flying above/around the building? Or the numerous others that were flying around, considering the helicopter tours take off on that end of the strip? Seems like the perfectly logical explanation is right at your fingertips
