I got an email like that last week.

I was pissed. Remember the days when they’d overnight a new one and tell you to send the other one back if it arrived?

Now it’s pretty much, “go frick yourself. Contact us once it’s a week late”

If my order doesn’t show up on Thursday I’m done with amazon.

You've gotta call & raise hell like I did. They sent me my package that I referenced earlier via one-day shipping, and waived the $11 fee. So between that, two different $10 credits and a $5 credit, they ate $36 on a $57 order. If that happens enough times, it will get someone's attention.

I went through the customer service portal under my account and set-up a chat with a rep. The rep then gave me the phone number for the distributor (Amazon logistics). I got a couple of promos from distribution and a couple through retail.

Just had another package delayed yesterday. This morning got a text saying it would be delivered today. 36 minutes later got text saying package had been lost and can’t be delivered. Told to contact amazon for replacement or refund.

That’s 3 in a row for me that have been lost once it got to BR.

And the lost package was just delivered. They’re sending a replacement with overnight shipping tomorrow at no charge. I’ll do the right thing and ship it back, but how inefficient can they be at this point....

I’m gonna ride over there tomorrow and get the lay of the land, and hopefully find my package. I’ll see about taking some pix

It's directly the result of Amazon cutting corners.

Screw that, keep it.

My wife is having the same issue. She ordered something Saturday and it was supposed to be delivered Monday.

It says it arrived at the BR facility on Monday and now says delivery will be 12/17-->1/10. It's stuff for Christmas too

Is this warehouse for PRIME orders only or an actual DC for the region?

It's a relatively small distribution center. It's basically a big temporary tent right now but they are supposed to build a permanent building a block over.

I'm seriously considering ordering stuff with standard shipping if it's for Christmas just so it'll go through UPS and not those retards in the tent.

Someone in the next door app has video of amazon delivering her package; taking a picture of it which is in her tracking. and then coming back 3 minutes later and stealing it.

Is there a way to opt out of the amazon delivery van and choose UPS only? Three packages have now been delayed or lost since this van nonsense started.
