Deere X758 if you don't have a lot of obstacles. The four wheel drive and all wheel steer should help with the traction.

Test out a front mount zero turn. When I researched zero turns a few years ago it was mentioned often that these do better on slopes.
Here is an example...

Go to Pro Power on Airline and get the Hustler 102 inch cut. Works just like a regular zero turn. It has 5 blades under the deck.
That looks like a serious machine. With a $24,000 price tag though it better be.

I've adjusted my husqrvana to cut as low as it will go, but it still doesn't cut low enough.
Anybody have this problem? Suggestions
Blades are shot? I know when I change blades on my Ex Mark I have to lift deck at least one inch or I will cut to dirt.

Let some air out of the tires.

The blade is relatively new but I guess I can check.

You really need a Ventrac- but you're right...they are very pricey.
Why not a BX Kubota subcompact tractor?
4WD, hydro, will run wide open with a 60" deck. It'll handle the hillsides really well, I believe.
Additionally- the BX has a factory backhoe available that detaches very easily so you can still use the rear 3 pt. when needed- would probably come in very handy on your rental property.

Put lugged tires on your mower and problem solved. It will no longer slip sideways on slopes or get stuck. Take the turns a little easier and no damage to established grass either.

I've got a 12ft 7 gang pull behind at its pretty solid. Only draw back I've found is you have to change direction of cut or it will lady the grass down if you go same direction.
It's awesome though it pivots so can cut on hill and cut flat on top of hill.
Little PIA getting the height set right. If your a pulling it and make a sudden stop your reels should free spin 5 to 7 turns I believe for optimal cut. Plus they are self sharpening.

Ambassador, yes the 102 inch cut is a phenomenal machine.
Not just the size of the cut being on a zero turn machine but just the overall performance of the machine is outstanding.

The Spartan srt ztr has the ride track technology, low center of gravity, wider stance, longer wheel base, and torsion bar suspension designed to handle mowing on slopes
Ambassador, House of Cycles has these in West Monroe.

It's on 1. In two days after mowing, it looks I never even fricking mowed.
Try cutting it on a higher setting. It typically grows slower the longer it is and the new growth wont be as noticeable. I cut my bermuda at around 3 inches in the summer and cut once a week.
