Lardo at the restaurant was walking around inside with his 'service dog'

Dog looked like some kind of beagle / mutt mashup. Fat man certainly appeared to be okay when snapping on his feed sack.

Seriously? Would this work for a cat? This could be a game changer.
ETA follow-up, what if you have more than one cat but your like super diabetic?

When I was waiting tables in college, I got into some trouble. It was Mother's Day... pretty nice restaurant, completely packed. This dude had a full grown black lab with him, and it was laying in the middle of the aisle of a dark floor in a dimly lit room. I stepped on the dog's foot, and the owner yelled at me "GO AROUND!" ... so I yelled back at him "OR GET YOUR DOG OUT OF THE MIDDLE OF THE FLOOR."

I always liked Germany because dogs were welcome in restaurants and bars, but kids were frowned upon, and pretty much prohibited for dinner.
