People are confronted with morbid, bad things on a daily basis. No need to add to the bad karma that is already in daily life.

I wish this POS would get burned at the stake.

Probably a hero in prison for killing a cop

then don't fricking watch. I for one like being reminded the constant danger police officers endure every day. Adds to my respect for what they do.

You can't even see shite in the video. Who even shot him? The passenger or the driver?

So did he shoot the officer with the officer's own gun when the officer reached for the keys?

It just goes to show how easy it is to get a shot off unless you're handcuffed. It doesn't matter if you're on the ground and the gun is in your pocket. It doesn't take much strength to pull the trigger, and once you do, you have no control over where that bullet goes.

no.

A federal judge has ordered that an ex-convict arrested in the shooting of an Albuquerque police officer remain jailed pending trial. Attorney Marc Robert said the magistrate judge on Tuesday issued the detention ruling after hearing arguments about whether 34-year-old Davon Lymon should be released pending trial. Robert declined to comment further on the case. Lymon is charged with being a felon in illegal possession of a firearm, a charge filed against him Thursday. He was arrested several hours after Officer Daniel Webster was shot multiple times during a traffic stop. Advertisement Police say Webster pulled over Lymon when he spotted him on a stolen motorcycle. They say Lymon wasn't cooperating, and as Webster tried to handcuff him, six shots were fired. KOAT-TV At least two bullets hit Webster, one of which struck him in the face. Lymon was caught nearby with a handcuff on after an hourslong manhunt near Eubank Boulevard and Central Avenue. According to court records, Lymon has a long and violent criminal history that includes voluntary manslaughter, aggravated battery, fraud and forgery. He may get up to 10 years in prison for the felon in possession of a firearm charge.

Very sad, but that officer violated some major safety protocols and common sense. He should of never reached in there like that.

It's amazing how quickly things happen and why officers always try and use back up. He should of required them to turn the bike off and get off of it before he approached them. Freaking sad that's how it went down.

In the video you can see he is grabbing something with his right hand(the driver of the bike) he is acting like he cant move his arm up because he wants to pull the gun out but cant get a grip so he "acts" like he cant put his hands up. Once the officer turns his attention to turning the bike off he pulls it out and shoots the officer.

You can Monday Quarterback every Police Officer situation and there will be mistakes. Just because he is an imperfect person and not a robot and made an honest mistake, doesn't make this story any less sad.

at one point it looks like the passenger is trying to grab something on the drivers hip. neither of them should never see the light of day again.

That was hard to watch. But it should be mandatory viewing for anyone who wants to cry foul every time a police officer shoots a guy who is armed. This dude was lying the whole time and the first chance he got he shot the officer.

A LEO cannot take what people are saying at face value. They will literally say "I'm not armed," and the second the cop lets their guard down they are dead.
