This is why I know he's full of shite. If they are as evil as he says they are, he would destroy them, not relocate them.

Maybe use the Jeff Davis statue as a dress rack, it'd be fitting given what the man did when he was endangered.

Truth

You know how LA has about 300 different personalized license plates for every college, group, animal, etc., right? Someone on FB posted a voting record from 1999, when Mitch was a state rep. A license plate design for Sons of the Confederacy, complete with Confederate battle flag, came up for approval. Mitch voted for it.

So, based on this, it would seem that Mitch had his epiphany on Confederate symbols sometime after 1999.

He never had one. There is one thing and one thing only that liberals care about. And that is getting votes to push their progressive, radical, Marxist agenda. See the DNC 1924.

The original progressive in this country, Woodrow Wilson, was a fricking racist yet he gets no mention of any of his racist views.

The only one I really care about is the Lee statue. He and Erwin Rommel are similar in that they are both held in high regard in the countries they fought for as well as countries around the world including their opposition. Both are generally considered decent men despite some modest yet unpopular affiliations. Still there are quite a few monuments to Rommel in Germany today. And even UT-Austin is keeping their Lee statue in place based on his service in the Mexican American war.
