Lake Charles Police Standoff Following Domestic Disturbance

Initial reports are that shots fired during domestic disturbance. Police have blocked off a large area. Police are looking for black male about 30yr old wearing camo shorts with AK 47.

Police are on the scene of a situation in Lake Charles.
There is heavy police presence off of Louisiana Street and Arkansas Street from Ohio to Texas streets are blocked, according to KPLC.

I'm guessing anytime there is anything for the next couple weeks there is going to be heavy police presence for officer safety.

Hearing from a co-worker who has a friend at Glad Tidings church a black man in cargo pants was seen walking near Billy Navarre with a rifle.

Police got a call for domestic disturbance. Suspect armed himself with an AK47 when another man intervened. He ran out into the street, no one injured yet, they called police and thats where we are at now.
