Wife and I bought a house two years ago in Lafitte's Landing... Fairly new subdivision in the Broussard area... Still in Lafayette city limits near bonin/tolson/verot area. There are some great areas back here, in fact, looks like a new development is being built on tolson road across from Audubon trace
ETA we love our house and the neighbors / neighboorhood. Mostly young couples and families with children like us. (29 yo with a 7 month old baby)
