That's the plan. Cause as much disruption as possible leading up to the election. Once election is over...notice everything will slowly return to normal depending on the results.

Kids in school help lessen the spread.
quote:

“Scientists from Dresden Technical University said children may act as a brake on the chain of infection.” Professor Reinhard Berner, the head of pediatric medicine at Dresden University Hospital, the leader of the study, said the results suggested the virus does not spread easily in schools. He said it’s rather the opposite in a press conference. “Children act more as a brake on infection. Not every infection that reaches them is passed on.” This means the majority of school children do not get infected themselves, despite an infection in the household.

The Lafayette Parish School System will delay the start of the school year and are giving the option for students to enroll in 100 percent virtual learning.

So they are starting in phase 2 but could revert back to phase 1 if JBE calls for it?

That article says nothing of the sort. It says that they'll start in their phase two, which is splitting the class into A & B halves. The A half of the class is in attendance three days one week and the B half is in attendance two days. The half not in attendance is attending remotely. The next week, the two halves switch and the B half is physically in school three days and the A only two.

There is the option of attending 100% virtually.

It appears you need some remedial work in reading comprehension. Would you prefer to be in the A or B group?

Lafayette’s doing fine. Everyone’s cooperating, the races get along, we love our Mayor, we love our Governor. It’s like a little fricking Utopia over here.

bullshite. Ever since you tore down the no-tell motel at the Four Corners, all that made Lafayette great is gone.

Now where am I going to go on my lunch break where I can pop in so I can pop off?
