The story I was told was the back bar, stage, and tent in the back were put in, then after the partnership broke up one of the partners ratted to the city that none of the additions had proper permits, and the partner who ratted was the one who was supposed to be responsible for having secured those permits and didn't do so. In that fall out also came some permitting issues with their kitchen, which was why they stopped selling food directly. Since then the only food available there has been through 3rd party vendors/food trucks. I know they've had Wing Fingers, The Bus Stop food truck, a Jamaican food truck, Hawks would boil crawfish there, and most recently this Pacos dude operates out of there boiling crawfish and selling food. There may have been others that I've since forgotten about.
When we lived near downtown we were there almost once a week to hang out, it's a cool little spot to grab a beer, catch a band, or the comedy shows(also a 3rd party deal), are always good fun and modestly crowded. Any time we'd be downtown we'd almost always stop in, even to grab a pre or post dinner beer before heading home, I've probably spent thousands there. Any time there's a festival or event downtown they stay pretty packed.
What I'm getting at is the dude has a nice little gold mine carved out downtown but is clearly too stupid to shut his mouth and stop scaring off his client base. If he has any business partners left they'd be better served buying him out than letting him continue to publicly spew all this garbage and embarrass a business that prints money.

So now he has put a post up trying to rally his communist brethren to post five star reviews. He is trying to claim that the post was just up on his private page and not the business. This dude is the definition of a moron. If his business partners had any sense they would buy him out and distance themselves.
