From Kenosha Police Dept
Some dude was pretending to be media to find out who the jurors were
quote:
Last night a person who is alleging to be affiliated with a national media outlet was briefly taken into custody and issued several traffic related citations. Police suspect this person was trying to photograph jurors. This incident is being investigated much further.

Jury tampering? Nah. Perfectly okay.

Oh no I meant taking pictures of the jury

Ironically the Karens on the jury afraid of reprisal are probably the ones keeping them there longer with more time for them to be observed and surveilled.
If they could have put their feelings aside day one and just gone by the facts, they could have been done in a couple of hours and been safe at home.

Judge certainly didn't sound like it was pretend when he banned MSNBC from the court house

Judge just spoke from the bench about it. Guy said he was employed by MSNBC and was told by his supervisor in New York to follow the jury bus. Judge said he was ticketed for running a red light trying to follow the bus, and is being further investigated. Judge banned MSNBC from the courtroom for the remainder of the trial

Mistrial with Prejudice. Come the frick on, judge. I’ve seen it on your face that you know what to do.

yeah he's pissed.....I would be shocked if he doesnt rule a mistrial if the jury is hung

quote:I won't watch CNN because of their bias (same with MSDNC/OAN/Newsmax) but FNC shouldn't have cut everything until just before Kyle got to the cars. They stipulated that it was after the bag was thrown.
In the HD version can you see if Kyle pointed his gun at that couple, forget their name... I couldn't find it on either version.
Here's my thing with anyone saying "it was just a plastic bag". You are in the middle of a summer of violent riots. You have a shot from one direction, a guy running towards you with his hands up (in a split second in that atmosphere there's no way a sensible person would think someone was throwing a plastic bag at them), and you finally get to a spot where you can turn around and get into a defensive posture.

One or the other is going to have to budge and soon.

True irony would be a mistrial with prejudice due to a liberal news network's actions...
