AND... The Judge just gave one of the strongest rebukes I have ever heard to a Prosecutor. The Judge's own Law Clerk mouthed "wow" as she was looking down. Judge just basically opened the door for a mistrial / appeal.

Realize it or not, Kyle Rittenhouse just admitted to participating in a Straw Purchase of a firearm. That's punishable by 10 years in federal prison.
This Prosecutor is failing terribly at the murder case but is making a hell of a firearms violation case.
