I assume that came from an attachment to the pleading(s)?
If so, worse than suggested. Note the "cropping" effect. Prosecution could see things on the periphery while defense cannot. A substantial amount of space or field of view for lack of better term...

I do not understand why they would not turn over everything? How did the defense find out about this additional video?

What a joke - these trials are all mockeries of the legal system. I'm seriously disappointed in the direction this country is headed in. But all of us sitting on the sidelines are also to blame - we have to put a stop to this bullshite.
