This is fricking ridiculous. I’m sorry judge, it’s going to suck, but you have to do it. Mistrial by prejudice right now.
And both those clowns in the prosecution should be immediately disbarred. Imagine the shame of going to law school with those two.
EDIT: Thinking it through, jail for the prosecution and same sentence as Rittenhouse would have gotten as well if convicted on all charges, including the dropped gun charge.

I assume that came from an attachment to the pleading(s)?
If so, worse than suggested. Note the "cropping" effect. Prosecution could see things on the periphery while defense cannot. A substantial amount of space or field of view for lack of better term...
Example: Look at the bike in front lower of both images......

I do not understand why they would not turn over everything? How did the defense find out about this additional video?

What a joke - these trials are all mockeries of the legal system. I'm seriously disappointed in the direction this country is headed in. But all of us sitting on the sidelines are also to blame - we have to put a stop to this bullshite.
