Which isn't good. A disgrace this even went to trial in the first place.

Found the soy boy who downvoted.

Not exactly sure myself, but it’s an update.

Are they tight with their paper supply? Why didn’t each juror get a full set of instructions?

I'm telling you guys, they're having trouble with full conviction vs full acquittal and they're negotiating with each other a reduced charge. That way they'll all walk away satisfied. Think about the average person you see in Wal-Mart, no legal training, no real grasp of the system. That's who's in there right now debating this case.

I think that’s good. Kyle killed a pedophile and they can see him as a kid.

These jurors need to not compromise.

They went home last night. They definitely did. Plus the defense planting the “unmolested” line I think was brilliant. If the prosecution objected then it would prove one of Kyle’s attackers was a pedophile or a rapist, and the ones that did know that will pick up on the subtleties and mention it to the other jurors. It was a win/win to use that word.

Or, like most women, they have trouble separating their emotions from the facts. Women started serving on juries in the 60s and 70s. Have we gotten markedly better or worse since then?

So they just finished 6 of 37 pages of instructions.

This goes all week.

Nah...I used to watch a ton of the old Perry Mason. I think we'll know what's up by tomorrow evening, at the latest.

Also, I have a paperback copy of,
'Dictionary of Legal Terms'.
Like, 'res ipsa loquitor'...
