Chauvin I personally think is guilty of 2nd degree manslaughter, with the Fentanyl mixing with the carbon monoxide being responsible for Floyd’s death. Now I don’t think the prosecution proved that beyond a reasonable doubt, but I don’t think the prosecution in that trial was nearly as disgusting as this one is. Like the prosecution never brought up racism.
