Well, technically he did. The question is whether or not they were justifiable. Still a POS gotcha take by CBS.

CAD, where are you getting this information?

quote:

Zaminkski and his scumbag wife were blocking Kyle from running back across the street after he extinguished the car/duramax fire

Not sure if this even matters, but I don't think Kyle ever got to putting out the fire. He said he dropped his fire extinguisher once he was threatened by Zimisnki. The drone video shows him being pursued by Rosenbaum almost immediately after he arrived at the site.

quote:

Zaminski drew his pistol
.

I was under the impression that he had his pistol in his hand already and not sure if he actually pointed at him or not.

Regardless, the writing was on the wall to Kyle.

The sad part is he's not trolling. He truly believes what he's posting.

kyle's testimony yesterday of what happened.

i think you're right about the extinguisher. so he didn't actually even put the fire out which makes chasing him even worse on rosenbaum's part.

he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

i'll edit my post to clarify

No, he did not. Murder specifically is the illegal killing of another person.

What Kyle committed was homicide.

Now I'll give you the benefit of the doubt as few people know the difference.

But CBS damn sure knows the difference and used the specific (incorrect) phrase on purpose.

ETA: It's amazing how much you learn sitting on a Grand Jury for NINE frickING MONTHS NOW.

There are other streams without commentary on youtube if all the attorneys talking get annoying (I know this bothers some folks).

PBS, Yahoo, and WaPo all also have live streams on youtube once the trial starts back up at 10AM Eastern.

Judge informed jury last night that the case is expected to be wrapped up Monday, maybe Tuesday. Then, jury deliberations begin.

If Jury takes longer than a day, I’ll be shocked. Should get a verdict as early as Tuesday and as late as Thursday.

Correct. My apologies. I was thinking about them backwards.

Just admit that you don't understand the difference between murder and homicide, chief.

is kyle still on cross?? if so expect the ADA to come out firing this morning after burning the midnight oil and probably coordinating with garland merrick on the phone about how to best frame kyle for future lawsuits.

fatty was probably sleeping on a futon while they were up working.
