By defending himself against people with guns, if you want to wait and around and see what people are thinking then more power to you but people holding guns on me and I’m defending myself, simple as that.

Still don’t believe KR was totally innocent in what led up to the first one though.

Then you are ignorant and not paying attention. Imagine siding with a pedophile mental case screaming hard N bombs and telling people he was going to hurt Kyle for putting out a dumpster fire he started.

Done with this conversation.

actually the one guy we haven't heard from in this trial instigated that. Joshua Ziminksi started the whole ball rolling. Rosenbaum didn't have enough of an IQ to think of chasing Kyle himself..he was like a baboon with ADHD until Kyle put the fire out in the Duramax. This is the same rocket scientist dropping hard-R N bombs at a BLM protest.

Joshua Ziminski pulled his gun out and blocked Kyle from running back across the street while yelling for Rosenbaum to "get him kill his arse" and rosenbaum like a t-rex with only a pea sized brain started following orders.

Then Joshua "innocent so not charged" Ziminski fired a shot behind Kyle as Rosenbaum was closing in. There was a crowd in front of car place and behind the cars he was running towards.

AGAIN Zaminiski fired the first gun that night right behind Kyle who was running for his life.

he literally ran out of room to run. He was cornered.

At that time rosenbum closed the distance and reached for kyle's gun and holy shite what was he supposed to do?

He neutralized the situation then tried to even circle back around to administer first aid on rosenbuam before the other guy who was standing over him told him to get out of there and the crowd started to turn into a mob.

kyle's best and only option was to run to the police and turn himself in.

Meanwhile zaminski who started the whole thing slunk away into the crowd and tried to disappear.

Proseuction claimed 'they were unable to retrieve his firearm'

The Chicago PD sent out a memo to all officers this afternoon informing them half of their scheduled time off this weekend is canceled and all officers need to be ready to be activated anywhere in the city with weather appropriate attire. So it's not hard to see which way this is going in the courtroom and in the city. (The memo ended with a reminder that masks were mandatory in addition to helmets, batons, etc.)

was Rittenhouse's response plausible?

Rittenhouse fell, was kicked in the head, hit in the head with a skateboard and then fired at the stupid dead skateboarder.

The dude approached him once with no pistol, Rittenhouse did not fire. The dude approached him again with a pistol, rittenhouse fired.

Its really not that hard of a concept. Huber produced a weapon after Kyle had been attacked multiple times. Kyle was retreating to the cops when attacked. It is 100% logical to assume anyone approaching him from behind was intending to do harm.

Can’t believe it’s being allowed to continue like this honestly. That’s not justice being done, it’s the prosecution attacking him for what has to be political reasons and making shite up to make the story fit how he wants it to be.

Yeah it’s Twitter/Mob justice, simple as that. This country, including a few people in this thread have lost all sense of reality.

Then members of the crowd went after him to try to stop an active shooter. So he shot them too.

He wasn’t an active shooter
The only people he shot at were those that he felt threatened by ... one of which said “if he caught KR alone he would kill him...another tried to kick him in the head while he was down the other hit him with a skateboard twice and the last pointed a gun at his head...

Case should’ve never went to trial.... but because Orange man bad said it was self defense... the liberals decided to try and crucify this kid....

The defense is going to be granted a DV at minimum and it may not go that far if Fat Boi and Co. keep pulling the shite they did today. I think the judge grants a mistrial with prejudice if the prosecution continues this week's trend.

Is funny seeing Twitter melt over Tulsi's tweet. If she wasn't Anti-2A she'd make a great centrist candidate.

Exactly. Every single person who was hit by a bullet from KRs gun attacked him first.

Yet, the only main logic from the (in my opinion) very simple minded posters on here, Twitter, and the media are saying it’s KRs “fault” for being there.

If they want to follow that logic, why don’t they follow it for all four people who attacked him? Had they not attacked him, he wouldn’t have had to shoot them, correct?

Kyle Rittenhouse existing with a rifle is not a crime. They had no excuse or reason to attack other than being violent, vengeful mob

And if for whatever reason they were “scared” or Kyle, again using their own simple logic…why didn’t they call the police on him? Why didn’t they just run away? Why were they out after curfew in an area where people like Kyle were? Sounds stupid doesn’t it?

So he should have just surrendered his weapon and accepted whatever physical punishment that Rosenbaum decided was appropriate....while holding the weapon?

Are you fricking stupid? Or just a political piece of shite?

My vote is probably both.

short and succinct and I agree with her 100% - the police failed to serve their sole function here - because they decided to let the mob rule the streets. If they want to let the mob rule, don't act surprised when other people take over their duties.

People like him believe you have no right to self defense.

People like him also believe a woman wearing the "wrong" clothing who walk in to the "wrong" establishment are at fault if they get raped.

The only victim in their eyes is the one committing assault.

If Kyle is related to anybody that makes this, he needs to be acquitted immediately. This is some good shite.

So taking the politics out of it. Guy 2 and 3 are self defense. Guy 1 would be the question, could his actions and threats make a reasonable person believe his life is danger? If so, dude should be cleared.
