Someone link the location tracker threads that come up every few months on the OT. The vast majority in those threads claim to either have them for their kids or that they will absolutely install them the moment their kid gets a phone.

I think what he means is this entire situation should have never started. Not saying they arnt allowed to be there
The Fake EMT and Skateboard guy probably would have been fine, but Rosenbaum looked like he was going to get into it with someone regardless.

I believe it was reported that his mom is the one that drove him up there.

Address those specific people...

and he could have did this without bullets in the gun…
The gun was in case he needed it to protect himself.

I graduated high school at 17 and didn’t turn 18 until my 1st semester of college. I can promise you my parents stopped keeping track of me my senior year of high school

He was with older people who had firearms. Age is just a way for you to give credibility to your assertion that he didn't know what he was doing.
When he started shooting folks, he was alone. Had lost his buddy and no one wanted to join him in putting out fires at the other Car Source store.

I think you’re intentionally ignoring pretty much everything I’m saying. Yeah you can stand there with your gun, and like Rittenhouse you can surely defend yourself from people that are trying to disarm you. Which he will rightfully get off for. But if those people walk right past you and break a window, you do not have the. Right to shoot them. Literally my only point.
He didn't intend to do that.
He didn't do that.
Nobody accused him of doing that.
Your point is meaningless.

That's a moral imperative that has no bearing on the legality of this.
People have the right to protest.
People have the right to counter protest.
People have the right to travel.
People have the right to carry weapons.
People have the right to defend their lives.
When someone goes too far, e.g. a protest turns into a riot, it does not mean the other rights are cancelled.

Again, it doesn't even matter if he's found not guilty and was acting in self defense. He shouldn't have been out there. Which means he wouldn't have been arrested. Which means people wouldn't have died. Which means he wouldn't be on trial for fricking murder. It's just incredibly dumb and irresponsible of his mother to allow him to head to Kenosha.
Actually that is the only thing that matters. Most people agree that it was not smart for him to be there. I dont understand some people's insistence on derailing the thread with what Rittenhouse should have done before the altercation. Its like posting "they should have locked their doors" 30 times in a thread about a robbery.

Well, I promise you the jury will be asking themselves wtf this kid was doing out there. Don't forget, he has six charges against him...one of which is for possessing a gun under 18yo.

yeah no fricking shite that would be the plan.
No, you misunderstood what I said. What I was saying was that it had already been stated that people like you would say that his reactions were all fake. That was said long before people like you and conz showed up spouting that bullshite.
So, so very predictable.

In WI the prosecution has to prove it was NOT self defense.

s.
The progressive hive mind demands he be punished. These people are morally bankrupt.
They'll ruin his life.

That hot blonde shouldn't have worn the revealing dress to the bar. Would have prevented her being raped.

Yeah I had pretty much free reign at a younger age than 17. And I had high powered rifles.
We'd leave and say we were going hunting sometimes and take girls up to the camp and get smashed. My parents had very little idea what I was doing at 17 most of the time.
Now if they did go drop him off at this riot that seems like a terrible idea but I still don't think he's guilty of the crimes he's charged with.

More like why did that blonde girl go to a party full of known rapist
Doesn’t make the rape ok but does bring questions

This piece of shite prosecutor isn’t prosecuting Kyle Rittenhouse, he’s prosecuting the 2nd Amendment. He may be the most disgusting lawyer I’ve ever seen. Someone is kicking your face in and you’re supposed to let him bash your face in like Captain Vidal did with the farmer’s son in Pan’s Labyrinth? Just true garbage and sociopathic. How anyone can be around this evil piece of shite after this trial is beyond me. More depraved than OJ’s entire Dream Team combined.
