This prosecutor is extremely unlikeable
He’s a fricking moron
Prosecutor keeps asking Kyle what he BELIEVES the law on a firearm was.
Judge keeps saying what he BELIEVES is not relevant.
So prosecutor asks him what Kyle believes the law is and Kyle answers “a police officer there told me..”
Then the prosecutor says starkly “I’ll move to strike that from the record as heresay”
Then the judge just tears the prosecutor a new one “You asked him what he believes to be the law and he told you why he believes that. I shouldn’t even be allowing this”
