Your definition of murder is wrong. I expect nothing less from a communist.

Communists think that only they should be allowed to get away with murder. Had a former friend who excused David Dorn’s death saying that he should have had the wisdom to let the murderous thugs take what they wanted, but who cares since he was a cop and thus enabled white supremacy. End of the friendship there since I now believe he is capable of murder or ordering a murder. Once you justify the murder of someone you don’t know and you know nothing about, I look at you as capable of anything.

I think we're at that point where the longer they deliberate the better it may be for Kyle. Maximum pressure will be put on the 1-2 people to sway them to acquittal. Remember, they haven't even told the judge that they're deadlocked yet. You can probably count on the judge sending them back to deliberate at least twice once they do say they're deadlocked.

I hope for your sake your son isn’t caught in that situation.

I do. People who think like him deserve to get what they want...good and hard.

I’d lose my mind if I had to sit in a room for 8 hours a day and argue with some dumb arse that still thinks he’s guilty.

They’ll wait and get their free lunch tomorrow and then have a verdict ready to go. They aren’t keeping it over the weekend if they are like most juries.

What are the chances there are plants on the jury that are going to hold out no matter what?

I can’t imagine someone thinking that after this trial. I think some coward is saying that BLM is going to dox me and my kids are going to get their asses kicked over this.

Jury isn't sequestered.

Jury taking instructions home.

Jury being videoed, followed and intimidated.

Prosecution violates Brady.

Prosecution commits misconduct.

Judge acknowledges all of this.

Judge refuses to dismiss the case or sanction prosecution.

America is dead and it ain't coming back folks. The woke dystopia is here.
