Kroger is a solid choice. As long as there isn't an HEB, Rouse's, Publix, or even Winn-Dixie near you.

Have you considered changing your tampon? Might help

But seriously, Kroger is one small step up from Walmarks. I unfortunately go to one because it’s nearby but even mgmt is terrible. One Christmas I had to buy a tree for someone and the manager was high as a kite and I asked him if he was stoned and he giggled and said yes Da frick.

Maybe I’m confused with what you are getting at, but in the last year I’ve been to a Krogers near Nashville and one near Houston(Woodlands), and they were a major upgrade over Rouses or a damn Winn Dixie.

The point I am getting at is, in my experience, Kroger sucks when compared to HEB, Publix, and Rouses and is no improvement over the average Winn-Dixie.

Most of the Krogers in this area are alright.

Just use Kroger Clicklist. Don’t even have to step in the store.

No it isn't. Krogers is big in states like WV, Kentucky etc. What lib states have a lot of Krogers?

California, where it’s known as Ralph’s, Washington and Oregon where it’s know as Fred Meyer, Kroger stores are all over

Kroger is closest to me.. and Publix next but the Kroger blows it out the water on selection and prices.

I wouldn't have expected that.. but..

Kroger bought Ralph's?

Never been to Cali, but I know Ralph's from Johnny Carson's monologue ("I was shopping at Ralph's today...")

When I was a kid Safeway was the biggest chain, and they weren't even east of San Antonio. I figgered there must be a shitload of them in CA.

Kroger is largely unionized. They've always sucked, just like Giant, Tom Thumb, etc. H-E-B is a blessing.

Stop shopping at po people joints that rely on 10 loaves of bread for $10 to get you to overpay for everything else that week.

but the point is this moron had a fully loaded cart and he’s using it in the self checkout lane.

The self checkout lane is different than the 10 items or fewer lane. I'm not sure where your confusion stems from, but there's no item limit in self checkout.
