So I'm seeing these new commercials about the advantage of this no touch toilet, avoiding germs etc. You still have to wipe your arse right, touching the handle is the least of my worries.

So how do you flush it when the batteries die?

Does the toilet seat automatically lift up though? That's what I really need. If I didn't have to lift the seat I wouldn't need to wash my hands

A bucket of water added into the bowl will do the trick if the downstream system is properly functional.

Let's start the debate now: wipe from the front or back ?

I say the front, more efficient and practical

Every a-hole is different.

I'm a back-front man. I like the Doors version of "Back Door Man". Maybe it's subliminally related. I can't call it.

No experience with them myself but on a similar note a plumber friend of mine said he always tries to talk people out of the no touch faucets because they are problematic. He uninstalls about half the ones he installs because the owner calls back to say he was right.

Would rather just activate a lever.

A bigger dilemma when sitting on the throne - having a runny nose and a runny arse at the same time.

I fricked up and bought 2 new toilets not knowing what a low flow was. I hate these things. You have to flush them about 5 times. I'm trying to find some older toilets now.
