I noticed when Cristobal hit Sunday night / Monday morning they had her doing some weak-assed "there's water pooled in low spots in someone's back yard out here in Livingston Parish" bit. When I saw her doing that I wondered why they were wasting her on such a lame story, then wondered if she had done something to get put in the dog house.
She was just phoning it in and I don't blame her because the rain event was a non-fricking-story. Those arse-knuckles even had someone go all the way the frick down to Cypremort Point to show the impact there... but there was none so ol' boy tried to sensationalize water "almost" making it onto the bank.

I’m sure there’s a noncompete agreement in there. Usually reporters can’t go to a competing station for at least a year after leaving another.
