For the record, they weren't simply pressuring him to stop using the Rebel Flag (to my knowledge, he doesn't display it during concerts lately).
They wanted him to publicly denounce the flag.
That's some witch hunt/ISIS shite right there.
I'm proud of him for telling them to suck it.
I don't listen to KR much anymore, but you can bet your bottom dollar he's spent more time/money helping American military vets than Sharpton and his crew have ever done.

Those who would boycott Kid Rock aren't listening to him anyway, so... Why should he listen to them?

So why does someone from Detroit revere the Confederate flag so much other than to be edgy and appeal to his trashy base?

Is Kid Rock really doing that well these days?

I haven't liked all his music but I agree with what he's saying

I read that he displayed it because he viewed himself as a rebel, and also as an homage of Southern Rock music.

I thought that was hilarious as well

He's already sold out atlanta (22k). He's also doing a brilliant tour this summer where he won't charge more than 20$ per ticket and every venue has to agree to sell beer half off what they normally charge.

Wasn't the dude in your avatar in a band that displayed the flag prominently?
