You know the car can still leave with tires that are shot out, right? In fact, it would be more dangerous in causing an accident with the kids in the car being pursued by police. I would rather them do whatever necessary to keep him from getting back in that car.

Scenario 1) Cop shoots towards him, which is towards the engine block and away from kids
Scenario 2)Cop waits for him to get in, with the weapon, begins to drive off cop shoots at tires, which are in same vicinity of children.
Assuming the cop does hit only tires, then he could also lose control and crashes with said kids.

From what I know about him, I am glad this guy is paralyzed. Hopefully the police can continue to maim and kill these types of guys as they are in the act of committing felonies and resisting.

Actually they have transcripts of her talking to the drug dealer on the phone while his was incarcerated and he is directing her to do certain things for his business. Additionally, she rented a car, didn’t return it and it was found with the body of one of the drug dealer’s lieutenants in it. Make no mistake, she put herself in the situation to have her apartment raided which lead to the shooting.
