Worst part, even if he gets the death penalty, he will sit on it for a decade or more, wasting our tax dollars on appeals and asinine motions.
He should be put to death 1 month after conviction. You get 1 month to appeal, then ur done.

Unfortunately, far too many innocent people have been sentenced to death. Until we get the number of wrongful convictions down to 0%, the death penalty is kind of problematic. It seems like we don't go 6 months in this country without a death row inmate being exonerated well after your 1 month deadline to inflict emotional revenge.
ETA - One is far too many.

Do they really use the college nomenclature for their high school? High school is usually valedictorian/salutatorian. Not cum laude/magna/summa/etc.
