I am pretty sure that what he does is make the original comment, then sign in under a different accout he has made and respond a certain way, then sign back in under KenM and post the punchline.
If you notice the second comment in response to his original one is usually made like 2 or 3 minutes after the original.
Either way, very funny stuff.
