Tired of seeing the same damn ones at Siegen, day after day.
System should put these folks in a mandatory get clean/get right program and get them off the streets. From there, either they become productive members of society of their own accord, or they get put on a chain gang that helps clean this shite up.
Get them the help they need with the taxes we are paying, and stop them from screwing shite up. Stop enabling this.

This is a good idea. And they should criminalize giving money at intersections. And the penalty should be they have to spend a full weekend cleaning up these drug sites.
