I'm sure they don't, but the universities sure do, and many (if not most) sorority houses are on university property. Abide by the rules, or else.

A weird phenomenon on this board over the last 5 or so years is to proclaim every person in every news story is a dem/lib.
Biden definitely didn’t get 81 million votes but literally every person who get interviewed or is somehow involved in whatever is being written about (pretty much no matter the topic) is a dem who “voted for this”
