This is why James Worthy, who was arrested in a Houston PD sting in the 80's, said he used an escort service. Sex with a prostitute was a business transaction. She wasn't looking for a daddy for her baby. Women line the lobby of the visiting team's hotel after every NBA game. Child support from a pro athlete for 18+ years is a big incentive for them.

If this the way the legal system feels things should be, forcing a man to be responsible for a child he does not want, then men should have the right to have a court order a woman NOT to get an abortion in cases where he does want the child and the woman doesn't.
Of course, it will never work that way. Much like divorce law, men get screwed.
