They started construction on that house when I was an undergrad... 17-18 years ago.
I would only buy that house for the land. Total demo IMO, because something is very very wrong with it.

I know something about this as I looked at it at one point several years ago. The builder had this one and another obnoxiously big one in Southdowns for sale at one point. The one in Southdowns has since sold. I figured he would want to get out from under the taxes and debt and put in a low ball offer. Didn’t even blink before rejecting without counter.
House has been sitting empty and largely incomplete the entire time. It’s much worse off than it looks in the ads. Some rooms with no flooring. All kinds of shite incomplete. Worse part is that lots of the plumbing, HVAC and other things will be fricked from sitting so long. I honestly don’t know his end game with it.
