I would guess a little part of you has to realize it's kind of sad that anybody would think civic engagement and or being informed on issues is the stuff of "nut jobs". If you have a problem with any one poster's rants you should address them instead of lazily putting everybody you disagree with into a single derisive category. Be better. Be smarter.

Their hypocrisy knows no bounds. I wanted to post the Spider-Man meme of the 2 Spidermen pointing at each other with 1 labeled “Liberals/The Left” and the other one “Politards.”
The scary ones are the Q-thread posters. Well over 50 pages already, and the last one I scanned had folks still thinking Biden and Hillary are to be arrested any day now—all part of the master plan. And this is not simply their hope, it is their belief (i.e. delusion) based on some cryptic tweet from an anonymous poster on some arbitrary day in December.
They are doing the Nostradamus thing of taking events and working backwards to make it fit the prophesy to justify their belief in the prophet (Q) so they can then turn around and project their desired interpretation into other vague prophecies (Q tweets). But unfortunately, they can’t see it. Not “won’t,” literally “can’t.” Too much of their time, energy, and identity are tied up into it for their brains to even entertain the thought.

Yeah, that's a dumb one in a sea of dumb one and troll threads. What about the one where we discussed how SCOTUS (regardless of this election) desperately needs to define the Constitutionality of an elected partisan state official superseding State law by establishing entirely new mail-in voting procedures prior to an election? Wouldn't that allow a Republican to disallow whatever he wants in defiance of his State legislature during the next election? Is that what we want? Election day chaos via ballot harvesting (or something equally nefarious) forever?
You do know Gore kept things going for 37 days in Florida, right? And this will be in recount land and in the courts for weeks and weeks in multiple states , right? This isn't going anywhere any time soon.
That said, and just keeping it real,- all your self-proclaimed high brow posts about the election never rise above "Orange Man Bad" variety. You are hardly in a position to criticize others. Not that I don't enjoy any position you choose to take.
I strongly favor all your positions.

Here is the thing though.....you simply cannot post over there that you don’t like Trump and not get attacked.
At least that is how it has been on there lately. Hell it’s like that even on the OT at times lately.
I realize there are numerous highly intelligent people on there that can actually have open discussions on politics with anyone, including those that differ in beliefs than them. I’m not talking about them. I enjoy having conversations with people of different views.
I’m talking about the others. That attack anyone that isn’t posting about how much they hate Democrats.
