Why go to the girl then? Why not confront the guy? Let him know that it's out... that you know he's cheating and he needs to do something about it. Especially if you don't even know the wife.

This is what an adult would have done. Obviously we aren't dealing with one of those

It was his wife... and complete stranger to the OP. So that tells me he either knows the husband or the girl he cheated with but likely both and he had some skin in the game.

If this was the case then OP shouldn't have said anything. But I'm not going to feel sorry for the guy for getting caught either way.

This was for revenge on her behalf. Had zero to do with you wanting to help that woman. That's even worse. Should have let your close girl friend take care of this on her own if she felt she needed to or wanted to ruin the guy's marriage. Y'all were striking out at the husband by hurting his wife. You're a serious in addition to being mean and spiteful. You're no hero.

I didn't say that... I don't feel sorry for the cheater. That doesn't make the OP some saint or good samaritan either.

So you're saying I posted this in spite/revenge? Okay whatever, but you can't say that's why I told her. Dude is scum, lied to multiple people, and deserves to be busted--bottom line.

I don't think anyone feels sorry for the cheater. I think everyone thinks the OP is sticking his nise, and probably his dick, where it doesn't belong

Yes. That is exactly what you said in the OP. you made it clear that if he was nice to you it wouldn't have happened. Therefore it had nothing to do with doing the right thing, you did it bc you didn't like the way the guy treated you.

So your friend... who's a girl... finds out through a friend of a friend... that the dude she's boning is married.

So you... as a friend... take this info back to the guy's wife... not really knowing either of them?

Wow.

Maybe "RougeTiger" is the one who was boning the married dude and it was she who told the wife.

Odds are the wife probably already had her suspicions...

How dumb is that guy for sending dickpics on anything other than SC? Amateur

Hopefully your friend is not too hurt by this whole event either...

Sounds like he wanted to be a "hero" for his "friend who's a girl" because he thought she'd let him get it in.

Yes, I may have POSTED it in spite. I won't argue with that. I was just annoyed that I was blasted for telling someone the truth. I understand that it is unfortunate and difficult to deal with, especially coming from a complete stranger. I also, agree that I probably should have handled the situation differently. That's fine, anyone can say that in hindsight about just about anything they do in life. I really wish I would have just contacted the cheater instead, and essentially gave him the choice to do the right thing or not. Really not trying to toot my own horn either I guess, just really surprised that most people would prefer to be lied to. To each his own, amirite?
