Where is b on b and w on w and h on h?
A violent crime is a violent crime I dont care who it is against.
The left's arguement is that blacks are disproportionately stopped and unfairly treated when they are stopped. The media hypes up these interracial occurences to create division and stir the progressives up for the cause.
The stats show that blacks are disproportionately in bigger numbers in urban areas where there is more police opportunity for contact. The stats also show that blacks disproportionately have higher violent crime rates per capita overall which contributes to a higher scrutiny by law enforcement.
Does this show systemic racism? I know of no white men secretly planning the downfall of blacks. Black women would be in jail more than white men and that isn't the case. If the system is argued to be racist then it should be argued to be sexist shouldn't it?
There seems to be no logical consistency to progressive arguments and assumptions.
Give me a counterpoint if you disagree. I am open to better data or interpretations.

In this instance I think they cancel out.
While whites outnumber blacks 5:1 or so. That means that although there are 5x as many whites to be crime victims, there are only 1/5 the number of blacks to commit such crimes.

I did not say any of that.
I said the reaction is a political game.
Is police brutality a problem? Yes, any wrongful death is a problem. But for some reason, to the protesters and the media and all these virtue signaling idiots like yourself, it's only a problem when black people are a victim of police brutality.

That's 5x more that can be victims.
But also 5x more that could victimize blacks.
So, the ratio of black on white compared to white on black remain the same.

Why not blacks that have been killed by other blacks? Why not the multiple blacks killed during riots?
Why in general do so many blacks devalue life when taken by blacks? Or do they just wait until white leftists and elite liberals use them as pawns and show them which black deaths are more important and that they will also support?

I think what he's wanting to know is that there were 9 unarmed Blacks killed by police in 2019 and 19 unarmed Whites killed by police in 2019. Then he says "well, there are more whites than blacks, so the percentage of blacks being killed is disproportionate". Then he'd want to know that blacks are responsible for over 40% of murders in the country, so that's why the police focus there attention on that 12% of the population at a much higher rate since they are killing all Americans at a much higher and disproportional rate.
