I've lost ~20 lbs in ~4 months. Just been eating a little better, drinking a little less, and moving a little more. Seems pretty sustainable so far.

ETA: I was not a college football player. I'm 5'9". Gone from 189 (on 3/10) to 167 (on 7/8).

I stopped keto and hover between 150-160 now. On the lower end not going to gym. But I was 190 when I did keto. The key is never going back to overeating carbs and overeating in general.

You don't have to stay in net 30 carbs. Just don't eat a whole pizza.
