I understand the beard, but what is "and all that"? Is he also wearing a turban or something else that has religious connotations?
If you live in a city or in any suburb with any degree of diversity, then I can't imagine that a worker showing up in uniform and politely doing a good job would get a lot of complaints for just having a beard. Is he Sikh? You're leaving something out.

I would simply "warn" my customers that one of my men looks like a Muslim but is not, and actually a great guy! simple as that.
