Honestly, I’m surprised that so many people still listen and subscribe to satellite radio. With all of the streaming and podcasts that are available, seems like more people would be listening to that than satellite radio.

Again, there some of yall go assuming all of us have the same listening habits as yall do… i rarely listen to music on Sirius.. i like it becuase i live out of state, and instead of listening to stupid incessant radio talk about the local teams , i can get a wide variety of espn channels, as well as Fox Sports, Mad Dog et al.. and political talk, and other live entertainment, Howard Stern (i know, i know) .. and yeah, on long road trips i like their selection of music .

$8.50 for radio every month seems like a complete ripoff

LOL. Buddy of mine just called Dish or Direct (forget which) to cancel and the rep ask him "okay if I ask you a question?".. "sure, go ahead"..."who are you switching to?"... "youtube TV"..."what you going to do when your internet service is down?" ... same thing I did with you assholes when I have signal fade due to a storm" ... "okay sir, thank you ............."

The DJs talk way too much. Just play music and shut up. I don't care where the next tour stop is our whose Bday it is.

The wonderful (sarcasm) NY attorney general James is suing Sirius for making it difficult to cancel. I’m now worried they will stop this whole song and dance of telling them I’m cancelling in order to get a lower rate. XM is definitely worth $80 annually to me but not a lot more than that. Since their marginal cost of an additional user is so low, I’m sure they would rather have my $80 than nothing. Gotta love attorneys!

I started dancing with them too but then bowed out and quit the service all together. They first quoted some BS 15 or 16 dollar price I said no and they offered 6$ a month for a year. I told them to forget it and I would just stream music from my phone. Got 6$ offer in the mail this week. I really don't miss it.

I have and use both Spotify and Sirius. Spotify on my phone when Im out and about or working in the yard, Sirius when Im in the car. I like not having to stream though my phone, draining battery, and looking down tapping around to change playlists while driving. Sirius has multiple sports radio stations and all NFL games on radio.
For the price of a Starbucks once a month it's easily worth it to me.

Canceled my Sirius last year. Don’t miss it one bit. Plenty of things to listen to like podcasts, YouTube videos, etc on my phone.
