Mine wasn't really bad but at around 10% body fat even a small mass is very noticeable

I'm about to have it done, now before the hot weather gets here. Don't get me wrong, I'm not Dolly Pardon, but it is big enough to make me self-conscious and uncomfortable in tshirts and polos. Thanks for sharing.

Why didn't you just wear a bro? Would have been a lot cheaper.

God for you. That's why I got it done in January so spring and summer can be enjoyed. You will be literally shocked at the results 24 hours after surgery.

I'm just mad at myself for not doing it years ago haha

Worst part is wearing the damn compression vest after. I hooked up with a chick in Ruston shortly after getting it done and she was more amused than weirded out by it thankfully

That's the problem. You can be in great physical shape but those fat pockets will not go away no matter how many bench and chest presses you do.

I hope that after the surgery I can go down a size in shirts.

How long did you have to wear the compression vest? And how long were you off work?

Did the doctor cut at the bottom of your nip right where nip meets skin? It's amazing to me that there's essentially no scar or sign of ever having surgery

As long as we are talking about male surgeries, does anyone know of a good GU surgeon?

I really need to have my penis reduced. It is too long and too wide.

Makes wearing shorts very uncomfortable.

I hiked up north table mountain the very next day and only took a Friday off to get the procedure done. Wore the compression vest about a month but that was mainly out of paranoia and not necessity

Yes and two other incisions. I'm gonna have to wear the vest a few weeks and probably miss work tomorrow

They are absolute miracle workers. I had orbital fracture surgery and a plate put in because the orbital rim was also fractured.

How did he do it? He made an incision underneath my eyeball and went through there.

They are artists.

ETA: A plastic surgeon did mine.

I felt pretty good after it. Good call getting it done. I let it bother me for a year or two before pulling the trigger

Somewhat related - My surgeon drove an Audi R8 and looked like one of the dudes from Nip Tuck. I can only imagine the amount and quality of women he gets

That's a huge amount of hormone! I stick to 500-600 mgs, stacked with something not so androgenic and take light doses of Arimidex or Letrozole.

Yeah, I was like 20 and pretty stupid. I think I stayed on about 16 weeks for that cycle and the PCT was done very poorly
