I am buying canes today. I don’t care if the tenders are small.
The key is ordering them extra crispy. As well as butter in both sides the toast.

Like many other companies across the land, the product got smaller and the prices got higher. Gotta keep those profit margins high while hoping the buying public doesn't notice it.

I won’t go to Canes anymore because it’s just not worth it. They charge way to much for what they sell. It’s tasty but so is the food at a lot of places.

Canes competes with Bojangles as the worst chicken chain. Slim’s and The Lord’s Chicken is the best.

The price of chicken has risen considerably since 2021. The smaller birds (3.5-4 lbs) that Chick-fil-A buys (and Cane’s I believe) are premium priced. The WSJ had a really good article on fast food chicken supply in early April.
Cost of goods growth is impacting everything from labor to food. For chicken you have the feed (corn) which has shot up, plus processing costs, cold storage, and shipping have all increased as well.
