You're kidding right? Unless the "person" in the "costume" is one of the Ndebele people no one has a neck like that, and before you say that the guys head was in the torso, the leg length to torso length makes that impossible. Once this 5G network is completely installed IoT will take off to the moon! Robots will just use the overlaying network for direction and input. Its going to be sweet!
