This article says that Ochsner will BEGIN testing “as many people as supplies allow” with a focus on hotspots.
So one hospital system announcing they are about to expand testing until they run out of supplies qualifies as “a robust testing program, in place?”
This could, possibly, be a sign that it’s not too far away. Sometime around the beginning of May perhaps.
